Processing and Shipping Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (business hours).
Orders received outside of business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Times
We partner with reliable third-party shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of your order. However, once a package is handed over to the carrier, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (weather conditions, carrier operational issues, customs processing, etc.). For that reason, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
We are proud to report that approximately 98% of our deliveries arrive within the estimated delivery time.
Domestic and International Shipping Rates
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping rates are determined based on package weight and dimensions, packaging materials, insurance costs, handling, destination zone, and current carrier rates.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and VAT, which are assessed by the destination country once the shipment arrives.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Each country establishes its own import regulations, which may change without notice. We have no control over these charges.
If applicable, our shipping carriers will collect these fees on behalf of your country’s customs authority before delivery can be completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking information to become active.
Lost and Delayed Packages
All shipments are insured.
According to the insurance company policy:
- If the package has not been delivered within the first 21 days after the shipping date, it is considered delayed, unless the carrier officially confirms it as lost.
During this period, we actively monitor the shipment and work with the carrier to locate it. In many cases, delayed packages resume transit and are delivered within a few days.
- If the package has not been delivered after 21 days of the shipping date, it is considered lost, and we can file an insurance claim.
Once the insurance claim is filed, we can resolve the issue by either providing a replacement shipment or issuing a refund.
We do not offer refunds for carrier delays.
Refunds or replacements are provided only for lost packages and items damaged in transit.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged package or suspect that any item is damaged:
- If the package is handed to you directly by the carrier, please write “DAMAGED” next to your signature at the time of delivery.
- If the package is left at your door, mailbox, or usual delivery location, please contact us immediately upon discovery.
In any case, you must keep the original packaging and email us the same day of delivery at cs@rhythmicgymnastics.com, including clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the damaged box and packaging.
Failure to report damage on the day of delivery might prevent us from filing a carrier claim and may result in the denial of replacement or refund.
