Return Policy
If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 natural days. No exceptions. However, we must ask you to adhere to the following guidelines:

  • - The customer will cover the cost of shipping back to the store.

  • - All items must be returned in their manufacturer's original packaging, including the box, bag, barcodes, tags, and ID stickers.

  • - The items must be in the same condition (brand new) as when they were sent to you.

  • - Under no circumstances use scissors to open the manufacturer's packaging. All our products have resealable easy-open.

  • - Make sure to pack all items into a cardboard box or bubble envelope so they are protected during transit.

  • - If the items show signs of having been used, the return/exchange cannot be made.

  • - All Returns must be shipped to:

    Please let us know the tracking number when you send the package back to the store.

Once our warehouse area confirms that the returned items comply with our Return Policy, you can opt for either a Gift Card to buy from our online store or a Refund.

Refunds are only made for the merchandise price (excluding shipping and handling) and will be issued to the same credit card used for the original purchase.
For refunds related to payments via Zelle, PayPal, or Money Orders, our Customer Service Team will contact the customer directly.

Regarding SPECIAL SALES and CLEARANCE, all purchases are final and have no returns/refunds.



Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged package or suspect that any item is damaged:
- If the package is handed to you directly by the carrier, please write “DAMAGED” next to your signature at the time of delivery.

- If the package is left at your door, mailbox, or usual delivery location, please contact us immediately upon discovery.

In any case, you must keep the original packaging and email us the same day of delivery at cs@rhythmicgymnastics.com, including clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the damaged box and packaging.

Failure to report damage on the day of delivery might prevent us from filing a carrier claim and may result in the denial of replacement or refund.

 

Limited Warranty Policy
 The products we offer are from prestigious and high-quality brands. However, due to the nature of their use, they are not unbreakable and should not be treated as toys.

 For the warranty to be effective, the items must not be manipulated, or modified with objects that affect their performance, such as tape, decorations, etc.,

 The warranty offered is for manufacturing defects only and will be handled directly by Rhythmic Gymnastics with the manufacturer.

 All warranty claims must be sent to cs@rhythmicgymnastics.com, including your order number and including pictures, a description of the issue to understand and support the claim.  According to the nature of the claim, the customer should provide any additional information (Serial Number, Batch, etc.) that may be, requested.

 The customer may submit a warranty claim up to 60 natural days from the date of purchase.

 The estimated response time frame from the manufacturer is 1-2 weeks.

 Once the warranty has been approved by the manufacturer, you may opt for a coupon to buy again in our online store or a refund.

 The amount of the Coupon or Refund will be only exclusively for the item(s) for which the warranty has been approved and will in no case cover shipping costs.
