Customer Service 

From 9 am to 6 pm EST Monday-Friday.  Please use this number for follow-ups, stock availability, product information, shipping, and questions or changes to existing orders.

Mail Orders

Mail the completed order form to Rhythmic Gymnastics, LLC, 4474 Drayton Ln Oviedo, Fl 32765. Please note the following guidelines for mail-in orders: If it is an urgent order, call the Customer Service department for stock availability before mailing your order. Allow 24 hours to process your order after we receive it.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard Payments and American Express. 

If you want to pay by check or money order you must mail in your order with payment to the following address:

Price Policy

The prices in this catalog are subject to change without notice.  In the event of price changes by our manufacturers, we may find it necessary to adjust our prices accordingly.  While every effort is made to make sure all prices are accurate, in the event a pricing error occurs, and the correct price is higher we reserve the right to contact the buyer before processing the item at the higher price or cancel the order outright.

Exchange Policy

If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it within 15 natural days. No exceptions. However, we must ask you to adhere to the following guidelines:

    • For orders issued using money orders, items are not exchanged.
    • Items must not be worn and must be clean and unwashed. 
    • Footwear and Clothing must have all tags attached.
    • All items must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging including barcodes and id stickers, which must be in the same condition as when it was sent to you.
    • When exchanging items, be sure to ship them in a bubble wrap envelope or a cardboard box, depending on the size, for them to get in excellent condition to Rhythmic Gymnastics LLC.
    • Please mention which new item you want in exchange for the returned one, including model, size, color, and any other feature.
    • When the exchanged items are sent to the customer, a charge will be made in the amount of the cost of the shipping.
    • Once we have receive and approved the item(s), please allow 2 business days for processing.
    • All Exchanges must be shipped to:

Customers must comply with all the guidelines for Rhythmic Gymnastics LLC to proceed with the exchange.

When exchanging items, if the price for the new item is lower than the price for the exchanged item, refunds will only be made for the difference in price between them (excluding shipping and handling). 

If the price for the new item is higher than the price for the exchanged item, charges will be made for the price difference.
Regarding SPECIAL SALES and CLEARANCE, all purchases are final with no returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Return Policy

When items are returned, refunds are only made for the merchandise price (excluding shipping and handling). If the order was paid by credit card, the account will be credited. If the order was paid by check, Rhythmic Gymnastics LLC will issue a check and mail it to the customer.

Note: If paid by third-party PayPal, a refund will be issued for the returned item.

Regarding SPECIALSALES and CLEARANCE, all purchases are final with no returns, refunds, or exchanges.


Damaged Items Policy

If you receive a damaged box and/or a damaged item, please write " DAMAGED " next to your signature at the time of delivery. If you suspect that any of your apparatus is damaged, please write " DAMAGED " next to your signature at the time of delivery. Save the original package and immediately send us an email at cs@rhythmicgymnastics.com with photos of the damaged item and the damaged package.

If you receive any damaged items and FAIL TO REPORT IT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, we cannot process a claim with the carrier, therefore we won´t be able to replace any of the damaged items.

 

Limited Warranty Policy

 The products we offer are from prestigious and high-quality brands. However, due to the nature of their use, they are not unbreakable and should not be treated as toys.

 For the warranty to be effective, the items must not be manipulated, or modified with objects that affect their performance, such as tape, decorations, etc.,

 The warranty offered is for manufacturing defects only and will be handled directly by Rhythmic Gymnastics with the manufacturer.

 All warranty claims must be sent to cs@rhythmicgymnastics.com, including your order number and including pictures, a description of the issue to understand and support the claim.  According to the nature of the claim, the customer should provide any additional information (Serial Number, Batch, etc.) that may be, requested.

 The customer may submit a warranty claim up to 60 natural days from the date of purchase.

 The estimated response time frame from the manufacturer is 2-4 weeks.

 Once the warranty has been approved by the manufacturer, you may opt for a coupon to buy again in our online store or a refund.

 The amount of the Coupon or Refund will be only exclusively for the item(s) for which the warranty has been approved and will in no case cover shipping costs.

 In case the payment has been made through Western Union, the customer can only opt-in for a Coupon to buy again in our online store.


Regarding SPECIAL SALES and CLEARANCE, all purchases are final with no warranty, returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Back Orders

Every effort is made to ship orders complete. In the event we are temporarily out of stock of an item that you ordered, we will send out "in stock" products and the balance of the order will follow as soon as possible. Backorders older than 90 days will be automatically canceled unless there are special circumstances. International orders will be charged full shipping charges on backorders. Please specify if you would like your order shipped complete only.

Colors

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
